Workshop Registration:

To register:
1. Download the registration form in either MSWord DOC or PDF
2. Print the form
3. Fill out either the details for the Full Package, or Ala Carte, or both if you choose to supplement your full package workshops with Master or Support Classes. (Master & Support classes not included with the full package)
4. Make checks or Money Orders Payable to Jim Bosnyak and mail to:
   Hafla San Diego - Workshop Registration
   PO Box 15085
   San Diego, CA 92175

***Please note the following:
• All workshops are capped, depending on demand. Some workshops will fill completely. All space is offered first come/first served. If your first choice workshop is full, you will be offered space in one of the other workshops. Once a session period is full, no further full packages will be available.
• To get your Hafla Showcase performance time before the call in, your Full Package Registration must be completed and received by 11/19/05.
• Master Classes and Support Classes are not included with the full package and must be purchased via the Ala Carte section.
